How do I purchase a parking permit? How much does it cost? How often do I need to register?

Parking Permit Registration

All students who drive a vehicle to school, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, or scooters, must register their vehicle with the Front Office each school year and purchase a parking permit.

To register, students must:

 - Complete a Parking Permit Application.

- Provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

 - Pay all outstanding school fines and complete any campus obligations, including makeup hours, before purchasing a parking permit.

Cost

Parking permits cost $20.

Payment is due when the application is submitted to the Front Office. The bookkeeper accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. American Express is not accepted.

Permit Information

- Parking permits are valid for the 2026-2027 school year, from August 12, 2026, through May 27, 2027, during regular school hours.

- The permit must be displayed on the lower passenger side corner of the front windshield.

- Student parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking spaces are not assigned.

Parking Regulations

Vehicles that are not properly registered or are parked illegally may be ticketed, booted, or towed at the owner's expense.

Illegal parking includes:

- Parking without a valid student or staff permit.

- Parking in staff, visitor, or handicap parking spaces.

- Parking in fire lanes.

- Parking at the Administration Office.

- Parking in grassy areas, double parking, or any other non designated area.

- The fee to remove a parking boot is $50.

Driving a Different Vehicle?

If you need to drive a vehicle other than the one registered with Pflugerville High School, you must notify the Front Office immediately. Students are responsible for any fines or fees incurred by an unregistered alternate vehicle.

Please Note: Every vehicle parked on PfISD property must display a valid parking permit, except for visitors parked in designated visitor parking.
